Worm plastering machine PC 500 L or PC 500 I with inverter, powered on 400 V three-phase, is a machine with horizontal worm pump with a long stator, suitable for pumping most of the modern plasters mixed apart, by planetary mixer R 50 T, concrete mixer or muller, for ready mix dry materials using silo continuous mixer L 60 or bagged by continuous mixer L 25 T, or any other type of mixer.
In detail, the worm plastering machine PC 500 L or PC 500 I spray and transport ready mix wet plasters cement or lime based, special plasters fiber reinforced based for restructuring, anti-salt, anti-humidity, fireproofing, waterproofing, insulating, light plaster and cocciopesto, moreover it transports masonry mortars or for grouting, for finishing and self-levelling floor screeds, with aggregate granulometry from 0 to 8 mm.
By applying on request the vibrating screen, it' s possible to spraying all type of traditional plasters composed by sand with cement and / or lime.
Using a building site compressor with a minimum air flow rate of 500 l/min, it can be spray also special wet mortars for artificial basins, dams, tunnels and bridges or materials at high density grade.
The horizontal worm pump PC 500 I is the top of the range, being equipped with high performance quality inverters and the possibility of adjust the pump flow rate from 20 to 45 l/min, resulting one of the most versatile plastering machines of today and with the possibility by various kits and optional accessories, to plaster almost all types of pumpable materials for modern building sites.
This screw pump series, is robust and easy to handle being provided with 400 mm anti-puncture rubber wheels with motion bearings, extractable grip for hand towing to easy transport in all surfaces; it' s present also hooks for lifting and carry.
Other strong points are the ease of use, the high reliability of the pump body with quality mortar separation stuffing box, durable and simple to maintain efficient, as well as the reduced maintenance and very quick cleaning to be performed.
