DESCRIPTION
Filling joints machine FC 50 is a small multifunction machine powered by 230 V single-phase driven by inverter, with horizontal worm pump, adjustable pump flow rate from 0,5 to 12 ( up to 20) l/min by motopotentiometer on the wired 24 V remote control of the filling joints gun.

In detail, with the FC 50 pump standard as professional filling joints machine, can be performed filling on bricks, stones and brick facades, paving of various kinds, pebbles and stones of various sizes, fill cracks and leaks, anchoring on walls and ceilings; all using traditional and ready-mix mortars.
Adding to the standard version its optional accessories and kits, with multifunction pump FC 50 can be perform controlled pressure injection and grouting of cement and lime, expansive and thixotropic mortars, resins, mortars injection into the grooving for cables and hydraulic pipes of walls and prestressed structures; also it can be used as small plastering machine (2,2 kW version only), then to spray plasters mixed apart, of traditional type, ready-mix lime, cement or gypsum based and finishing mortars, in addition can be sprayed coating mortars and low thickness colored mortars, using the special LT gun and the selectable mode of maximum air flow performance on the compressor kit.
Furthermore for both models, with on request installation of the automation electro valve kit, an external autonomous air compressor with minimum air flow rate of 400 l/min and special high finishing spray gun with "orange peel" effect, can be sprayed thin layer special materials with high density and / or adhesive, such as waterproofing, acoustics, fireproofing, anti-salt, insulating and the lining sheaths.

The wired 24 V remote control during filling joints, allows the machine to operate continuously or intermittently (useful for finishing) and unique in its category, it can be adjust the pump flow rate directly on the same command by a solid motopotentiometer with IP68 protection tamper proof, also it' s totally removable via a convenient quick-fix metal support near the filling joints gun.
All accessories are modular and easy to install even by the operator, without the intervention of technicians and it' s possible to purchase and install this kits in a later time and not only when you make the purchase order of the machine, allowing the user to use the kits only when needed.
Stuffing box, which separates the mortar in the hopper from the mechanical movement of the pump gear-box, reliable and high quality made, durable and easy to maintain efficient, through the simple ordinary greasing.
The air compressor kit for plastering machine mode, include the automation of sprayer machine. The assembled compressor on the kit is reliable, performing and long-lasting, and driven by electric motor with inverter to optimize performance and power saving, moreover can be selected different operating modes to generate the necessary air flow according to the spray gun and the type of spraying and mortar used.
Light, robust and easy to move on any surface, being equipped with anti-puncture rubber wheels with motion bearings and lifting hook.
