Mortars Injections pumps
Machine used to structural consolidation and / or grouting of cavity, walls, ceilings, underground, bridges, tunnels and general building structures, with different types of materials cementitious based, lime or special type with possible anti-shrinkage or expansive features.
The material mixed apart is poured into the hopper of the machine, by its pumping system the material passes in pressure into the hose and then injected into the structure to be grouting by a conic gun to perform a simple groutings and / or consolidation by the appropriate injection gun with pressure gauge at mechanical restraint when perform controlled pressure injections: these guns are inserting gradually into the injection holes previously made in the structure to be consolidated, in a simple manner without having to do connections with pipes, small pipes with clamps or fittings of various kinds fixed to the injection holes.
The work performed will result in a state-of-the-art consolidation, thanks to the mechanically retained gun that it anchors to the injection hole without needing of external connections, and a flow of mortar that capillary fills the structure to be consolidated in a constant and precise manner, without pressure and flow surges, perfectly pumped by the mortar injection and grouting pumps produced by Cedilla. |
