The Traditional mortar is a material with a mixture prepared and dosed on site by the user; is composed of a sand base from river, quarry or crusher, almost always in bulk, with water, lime of various kinds and / or cement / derived binders, all mixed in the necessary doses to create a homogeneous and balanced mix for an optimal application.
All the materials that composing the traditional mixture must be handy dosed by the user and mixing them in a concrete mixer, muller or planetary mixer, then to be poured directly into the hopper provided with vibrating screen of the traditional mortar machines and then pumped.
The traditional plaster created with skilful quality by building site experts, is still highly appreciated and in demand today for its natural-based composition and undisputed structural quality, which is maintained even many years after the initial application.
