Finishing mortars and plasters

Materials used to refine the previously plastered walls, are also named as finishing coats, finishing mortars or white mortar or again fine mortar when speaking more specifically of the classic white finishing plaster composed mainly of very fine sand and lime.
These types of plasters are provided by the manufacturer in bagged wet material, or in bags of dry material ready to be mixed with water, usually the granulometry varies from 0 to 2 mm.
The mixture of finishing mortar can be done with different types of mixers; continuous type if it's dry in bags, planetary mixers and more others, therefore poured into the pump hopper, or mixed directly in the machine provided with pump that integrate the preparation of the mixing cycle in the hopper.
When the finishing plaster is ready for pumping, it' s used by finishing plastering or spraying of coverage, or again in transport to fill buckets and containers to the operator's work floor, providing the immediate availability of the finish mortar for the alternative manual application.

Dry or wet material in bags, mixed by the built-in agitator of the machine' s hopper and if necessary with manually dosed water.

PMF 5 vertical worm pump with double mixing, 230 V single-phase with inverter, low power consumption, 90 l hopper capacity, can mix, spray and transport dry and wet finishing plasters thanks to the mixing divided from pumping, adjustable pump flow rate up to 14 l/min.

USE WITH PREMIXED WET FINISHING PLASTERS.
Dry or wet material in bags which it MUST BE MIXING APART using planetary mixer R 50, mixing whisk or concrete mixer, ONLY if it' s a dry type using continuous mixer L 25 or IMPACT, then to be poured into the hopper of the plastering machines for its pumping.

FCX 80 horizontal worm pump, 230 V single-phase with inverter or 400 V three-phase, 80 l hopper capacity, can be suitable for transport and spray finish renders and skim coat, adjustable pump flow rate up to 22 l/min for FCX 80 M only.

FC 50 horizontal worm pump, 230 V single-phase with inverter, 50 l hopper capacity, standard as filling joints machine, combining the compressor kit, if necessary it can become a sprayer to perform plastering jobs with finishing plasters.
