The Finishing plasters are materials used to refine the previously plastered walls, are also called as finishing coats, finishing mortars or white mortar or fine mortar when speaking more specifically of the classic white finishing plaster composed mainly of very fine sand and lime.
These types of plasters are provided by the manufacturer in bagged wet material, or in bags of dry material ready to be mixed with water, usually the granulometry varies from 0 to 2 mm, but there are some even up to 3 mm.

FINISHING PLASTERS MIXED APART.
Wet or dry material in bags, mixed apart by mixer R 50, whisk or concrete mixer, or only if is dry by continuous mixer L 25 or IMPACT, then to be used by the pump.
FCX 80 - horizontal worm pump, 230 V single-phase with inverter or 400 V three-phase, can be suitable as transporter and sprayer for finish renders and skim coat, pump flow rate up to 22 l/min.
FC 50 - horizontal worm pump, 230 V single-phase with inverter, standard as filling joints machine, but can be used as transporter of finishing plasters, or combined with compressor kit can be suitable for small refine spraying.
CONTINUOS MIXERS AND PLANETARY MIXERS
IMPACT - small continuous mixer 230 V single-phase with inverter, only 1,1 kW of power, perfectly mix finishing dry plasters only, mixing output capacity up to 20 l/min, mixable aggregate granulometry 0 - 5 mm, ideal for any types of usage with bagged dry materials.
R 50 - planetary mixer, 230 V single-phase with inverter or 400 V three-phase, suitable for mixing any type of dry or wet plasters with mixable aggregate granulometry 0 - 10 mm, robust and handy, it can be used to feeding plastering machines and to fill buckets, grabs and wheelbarrows.
L 25 - continuous mixer, 230 V single-phase with inverter or 400 V three-phase, perfectly mix finishing dry plasters only, mixing output capacity up to 30 l/min, it can also be used to feeding plastering machines.
